The Drone Group meets at the clubrooms on the third Thursdays* of odd numbered months at 7pm. We are interested in any aerial imagery including videos. We often go on weekend excursions, when we fly our drones in small groups. We host guest speakers from time to time, but we also show our images and videos in a non competitive and supportive environment. Members just bring their images/videos on a thumb drive in jpeg or MP4 format.
Meetings are informal and convivial, and the club provides hot drinks and biscuits.
We each benefit from the mutual support and encouragement as well as our collective experience and expertise. We value the camaraderie of our small group and enjoy our shared activities.
We often enter our drone images in the club’s monthly competitions, with a good deal of success.
